Consultation regarding Development Brief on St Saviour's Hospital

On November 2023 the Minister published a draft Development Brief on St Saviour's Hospital; This stated that "This is currently draft guidance produced for consultation purposes, which will be reviewed by the Minister and, if necessary, amended in response to the findings of the consultation." The final brief was published in July 2025. Please provide - 

1. Copies of the responses to the consultation. 

2. If it exists the Minister's response to the consultation or if it does not how the guidance was amended in response to the consultation. 

Article 23 has been applied to this response as both elements of the question are addressed by material that is already in the public domain.  

  

The consultation feedback, along with the Minister’s response to it has been published (St Saviour's Hospital Development Brief consultation response.pdf), which includes details of proposed change/no change to the draft guidance.    

  

   

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.  

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
