ICT budget and planned ICT projects for 2025/26

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am writing to formally request access to records concerning planned Information and Communication Technology (ICT) procurements for the current financial year (2025/26). As part of our organisation’s interest in understanding upcoming ICT procurement initiatives, I kindly request access to the following information

1. Details of the ICT budget and planned ICT projects or initiatives for the current financial year (2025/26).  

2. Documentation outlining planned ICT procurements for FY 2025/26, including (but not limited to) hardware, software, ICT maintenance agreements, and related services.  

The information you have requested has already been published in response to a previous Freedom of Information request and is therefore exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 – Information accessible to applicant by other means. (1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge. 

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information. ​
