I would like to request a dataset containing monthly dispensing activity from community pharmacies in Jersey, with the following fields

Specifically, I am seeking:
The number of prescription items dispensed per month by each community pharmacy in Jersey.
The associated GP Practice and GP address linked to each dispensing record, if available.
The dispenser’s name and address.
The month and year.

The information, as requested, is not held in recorded form. To answer the request, data would need to be extracted from various sources and manipulated. The Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 does not require a Scheduled Public Authority to manipulate data in order to provide a response.
The information requested is therefore not held and Article 3 of Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
