Please can I have a breakdown of the annual cost of running the Catering Unit at St Peter's Technical Park? Rent of the site would be of particular interest.

Building and Infrastructure Running Costs (2024): 

Electricity: £ 94,933 

Water: £ 2,358 

Estates Maintenance: £ 47,600
