Breakdown of WP Kenyans by status

Could you kindly give a breakdown of total number of WP Kenyans in all sectors including visa status (Entitled, Licensed, Registered)?

Response

ESSH (Employment, Social Security and Housing) is unable to provide the requested breakdown of Kenyan nationals by work permit status. This information would require manipulating existing data to identify and filter individuals holding a work permit. 

In accordance with Article 3 of the Freedom of Information Law, 2011, we are not required to manipulate or create new data to respond to information requests.

Therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information Law 2011 applies.

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
