I would like details of the numbers of retired Civil Servants together with their current pension entitlement grouped by levels of entitlement in bands of £1000.

Response

The Public Service Pension Fund (PEPF) is not a Scheduled Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and not subject to Freedom of Information legislation in Jersey. The requested information is therefore considered to be not held by the Scheduled Public Authority, and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority​​
