Response
1. The collation of data relating to the number of ADHD diagnoses made by CAMHS only began in January 2025.
181 ADHD diagnoses have been made by CAMHS to date in 2025.
As data prior to January 2025 has not been collated, the department do not hold this information, therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 is applied to that data.
2. Based on the last complete data set, collated from the third quarter of 2025, the current average waiting time for an ADHD assessment is 18 months.
3. The average waiting time for a child ADHD assessment over the last 5 years can be seen in the table below, these have been rounded to the nearest whole month.
