As part of the GoJ loan to Blue Islands the GoJ had a representative attending Blue Islands board meetings. Please advise who (role) that was and advise their attendance record in 2024 and 2025.
Response
A representative from the department of Treasury and Exchequer attended 100% of the Blue Islands Board meetings for which the Government of Jersey was sent notice.
The name and the job title of that individual is withheld under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
