Would you find out how many houses and flats which are owned by the Government of Jersey are currently unoccupied.
For example the block of flats which were originally the nurses accommodation which has been mothballed for four years.
Response
As of 20 November 2025, there are 295 units of accommodation that are owned by the Public of the Island (States of Jersey), of which 22 are known to be vacant.
The above figures do not include any units of accommodation that are owned by Andium Homes Limited or Ports of Jersey Limited, which are wholly publicly owned companies.
