Pedestrian Crossing at bottom of Mount Bingham / Havre des Pas
The Pedestrian crossing lights have been covered / out of order for several months, please advise:-

The date of failure and reason?

The date they were last replaced / refurbished?
3
The date when one can expect to have them back in service?
4
Would a zebra crossing be more suitable and if so, when would this be installed?

A cable failure that developed over a period of months was initially recorded in July 2024 and got progressively worse.

The electronic equipment was last replaced in August 2020.

Civil works regarding this crossing are scheduled for February 2026.
