The old Les Creux bowling site at St Brelade has apparently had tenders for its use, but nothing seems to be happening. Please can I have a brief timeline of the tendering process already completed and the future estimated timeline towards tender acceptances.

| 18/06/2025 | Shortlisted bidders presented to the panel |
| 25/06/2025 | Briefing note sent to the Minister to approve the panel's decision |
| 21/07/2025 | Successful bidder was notified |
| 11/09/2025 | Initial meeting with the successful bidder |
| 18/09/2025 | Follow up meeting with the Infrastructure Minister, Parish of St Brelade Constable & Deputies |

Following further consultation with the St Brelade Constable & Parish Deputies due to take place within the next two weeks, a revised proposal will be presented to the Minister, St Brelade Constable & Parish Deputies, date yet to be confirmed. Once the revised proposal has been agreed, Heads of Terms for the lease and commencement date will be finalised by JPH.
