Please provide the number of individuals currently subject to Court-appointed delegates under the Capacity and Self-Determination (Jersey) Law 2016, broken down by delegate role (Property & Affairs / Health & Welfare).

The Judicial Greffe can confirm that as of 1 December 2025 there are currently 323 live court-appointed delegations – 322 Property and Affairs and 1 Health and Welfare.

Please note that there may on occasion be delays between a delegate passing away and the Judicial Greffe being advised of this.
