The lift in this car park has been out of order for several months now, therefore, please advise:
1
The date of when the lift broke down.
2
The reason for the breakdown and if parts are required, what parts are they?
3
When were the parts ordered and when will they arrive?
4
When is the lift expected to be back in service?
5
Are any spare parts held locally by government or the lift service agent?

The lift went out of service again on 4 November 2025 since the wiring loom needed to be replaced (Failure 2).
The lift went back into service on 28 November 2025.

Failure 1
A bespoke part was ordered from Germany on 23 September 2025 and subsequently fitted to allow the lift to go back into service on 2 November 2025.
Failure 2
The wiring loom was ordered from UK on 4 November 2025 and arrived on 27 November 2025.

The Scheduled Public Authority does not hold any spare parts as there is a lift service maintenance contract in place.
The contractors would only hold common service parts in stock and any other parts would need to be ordered.
