What are the 20 most dangerous roads in each Parish? Information should identify the roads that experience the highest number of Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs) over the last 20 year period.

Information should include the number of collisions for each road, RTCs involving both one or more road users, as well as those resulting in personal injury and/or vehicle / property / infrastructure damage if possible. Information should also include the severity of the collision (e.g. slight / serious / fatal injuries / damage).

Response

Please refer to Table (1) for a yearly breakdown of damage-only road traffic collisions (RTCs) and Table (2) for a yearly breakdown of injuries categorized by severity. Please note that, in the case of injury RTCs, data before 2008 is not held and therefore Article 3 Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 partially applies. Information about the number of road users involved in each individual RTC would require the manipulation and creation of a new dataset. The Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 does not require a Scheduled Public Authority to manipulate or create data in order to provide a response. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
