Please provide the following information for each calendar year from 2020 to 2025;
The number of incidents recorded by the States of Jersey Police that were flagged as domestic-abuse–related.
The number of arrests recorded as domestic-abuse–related, regardless of the specific offence type.
Of those arrests, the number that resulted in a charge.
The number of defendants convicted in cases where the offence was flagged as domestic-abuse–related in Jersey's courts.

Please see the attached table showing the number of Crimes recorded by the States of Jersey Police that were flagged as domestic-abuse–related, the number of arrests recorded as domestic-abuse–related (regardless of the specific offence type) the number of arrests that resulted in a charge and the number of defendants convicted in cases where the offence was flagged as domestic-abuse–related in Jersey's courts.

Please note that the data in the attached table reflects domestic abuse–related crimes, as arrests can only be made when a crime is suspected to have occurred. The actual number of domestic abuse–related incidents is typically much higher.

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
