Active gyms

I would like to know the following:
1. How many people are Active Gym members.
2. The number of people who have attended Active Gyms, and which gyms in the past 24 months 

Response 

1. There are 5295 Active members
2. Information is not held in a recorded form that would identify the number of people who have attended each Active Gym in the past 24 months, therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) 2011 applies.

Article 3 - Meaning of “information held by a public authority"

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a)     it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b)     it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.​
