In October 2023 Jersey Red (Rugby club) went into liquidation. At that time the Jersey treasury was owed money 1. How much was due in respect of GST, Social security contributions and ITIS?
2. Was the government due any other money from Jersey Reds for any other reason, e.g. covid funding, if yes please specify details?
3. How much money has the Treasury recovered from Jersey reds since October 2023?

When a company is insolvent then then the Government of Jersey makes a claim to the practitioner for any monies owed to it and they will make payments as and when possible. This process may take several years.
No money has been received to date.
