Housing and Nuisance
The data for 2020 – 2021 is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as the information is accessible on www.gov.je within the previous Freedom of Information response linked below.
https://www.gov.je/government/freedomofinformation/pages/foi.aspx?ReportID=4788
The remaining data relating to Housing and Nuisance for the years 2022 – 2024, are exempt under Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as the current systems are not configured in a way that will allow us to extract the information, and a manual search of our records would be required.
It has been estimated that to provide the information requested would exceed the 12.5 hours allowed for Freedom of Information responses in accordance with Regulation 2 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014.

the estimated cost of complying with any of the requests is to be taken to be the estimated total cost of complying with all of them.
