I would like to request the following information:
1. All communications relating to the Lido at Havre des Pas between the Chief Minister, Lyndon Farnham, and Deputy David Warr. 2. All communications relating to the Lido at Havre des Pas between the Chief Minister and Mr. Marcus Calvani.
For the purposes of this request, “communications” includes, but is not limited to, emails, text messages, and WhatsApp messages.
Response
The administration involved in identifying and extracting information within the scope of the request has exceeded the threshold of the timescales prescribed in the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014. Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied, and no further review can be conducted.
Article 16 - A scheduled public authority may refuse to supply information if cost excessive
(1) A scheduled public authority that has been requested to supply information may refuse to supply the information if it estimates that the cost of doing so would exceed an amount determined in the manner prescribed by Regulations.
