I would like to know how the cold weather bonus is calculated and the times that are used to calculate it for people on income support.
Response
The calculation method for cold weather payments for people on Income Support is already publicly available in legislation.
It is set out in the Income Support (Special Payments) (Cold Weather Payments) (Jersey) Regulations 2008, which can be accessed here:
