Was any GOJ aware of the animal welfare concerns regarding any animals at Happy Hooves, Rue des Friquettes, Five Oaks.
Had any complaints been made to any of the state’s departments inc States Vet Was any action taken? I would like to see any information regarding this.

If any state’s department including the states vet had been made aware of welfare issues regarding the animals owed and looked after by Happy Hooves.
For the timeframe, I would suggest the start date would be the date when Happy Hooves started operation as a business, but if you are unable to ascertain a specific date perhaps 01/01/ 2020 would be appropriate and the date the animals were seized as an end date.

No complaints were made against Happy Hooves, Rue des Friquettes, Five Oaks during 2020, 2022 or 2024.
