Please can you show the impact of the Havre des Pas speed bump crossings/traffic lights on both traffic flow/volume of traffic and air quality, for three years before they were put in and the years after?

The Scheduled Public Authority did not commission a data study to determine the impacts following the installation of the referenced items at Havre des Pas, therefore the requested information is not held and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law applies.
