Please confirm how many rented dwelling licences had been issued under the Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 2023 as at 31st September 2024, 1st August 2025 and 15 January 2026.

On each of the above dates: How many of the licences mentioned in A above, were issued to: 

i) Andium owned properties and 

ii) other social housing provider owned properties? 

C 

On each of the above dates How many of the licences mentioned in A above, were issued to: 

i) properties owned by Jersey residents and 

ii) properties owned by non-Jersey residents?

The amount of rented dwelling licences had been issued under the Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 2023 are shown below:

The number of licences issued to Andium owned properties is shown in the table below:

Information relating to other social housing provider owned properties, is not held in recorded form that could be exported, and to respond to this request would require extraction and manipulation of data to produce new information. A Scheduled Public Authority is not required to manipulate and create new data sets; Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.

The number of the licences issued to properties owned by Jersey residents and properties owned by non-Jersey residents is not held in recorded form that could be exported, and to respond to this request would require extraction and manipulation of data to produce new information.

A Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) is not required to manipulate and create new data sets; Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.
