Please provide the following documents/information:

1) The total number of people on the Foundations Scheme waiting list from 1st June 2024 to 30th November 2025. 

2) The number of males/females on the list during the above time period. 

3) The number of people on the waiting list (in above time period) who were offered a position on Foundations but subsequently declined the offer

Response

ESSH does not hold a static record of people on the Foundations waiting list. Therefore, the information for the dates requested, 1st June 2024 to 30th November 2025, is not held.

Under Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, information is only considered “held” by a public authority if it exists in recorded form and is held by, or on behalf of, that authority.

Therefore:
