Please could you provide the minutes of all meetings of the Cannabis Policy Group, which is referred to in the minutes of the 96th and 97th meetings of the Misuse of Drugs Advisory Council.

There were two meetings of the group only; 05 December 2023, and 18 March 2024 (after the Vote of No Confidence in January 2024 and change of Government).
The minutes of the 05 December 2023 meeting are attached below. Redactions have been applied to the personal information of individuals in consideration of Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011. Names of senior Government of Jersey employees and Ministers / Assistant Ministers are disclosed.

There are no minutes from the meeting of 18 March 2024; the officer who was to act as scribe was not in attendance. The agenda of the meeting is provided below:

The meeting outcomes were:
- the cannabis audit report should be published
- the Environment Minister would consider the matter of regulation of cannabis clinics with the Care Commission
- the Health Minister would focus on ensuring prescribers have access to GP records.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
