1) A list of any unclaimed dissenting shareholdings paid into the Jersey Treasury including company name, shareholder and amount paid in since 2020.

2) A list of any intestate estates / bona vacantia paid into the Jersey Treasury including full name, date of death and amount paid in since 2020.

Details are not held within Treasury and Exchequer of any unclaimed dissenting shareholdings or interstate estate / bona vacantia paid into Jersey Treasury since 2020, as such Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
