Please indicate if Planning consent was required / granted for all glasshouses in the island. Were all the consents similar in requiring the land to be returned to agricultural use if they ceased production and fell out of use?
Response
Information relating to planning consent can be found through the on-line planning register on www.gov.je. The register can be accessed using the following link; therefore Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
https://www.gov.je/citizen/planning/pages/planning.aspx
Searches relating to specified periods, e.g. month, can be carried out within the planning register and all applications are marked major or minor. The register also allows you to view approved and pending cases.
