For your current ePCR solution, please provide the following:
1. Monitor/Defibrillator Integration (Interoperability)
• Current defibrillator/monitor vendor(s) used operationally.
• Integration method with the ePCR (e.g., Bluetooth, cable, serial feed, cloud-mediated, proprietary integration).
• Whether vital-signs data is transferred device-to-device, via a mobile app, or through a cloud API.
• Any known limitations (e.g., iOS Bluetooth restrictions, Android compatibility issues).
2. For your current ePCR system:
• Structure of training provided to staff (classroom, online, LMS/SCORM modules).
• Duration of training for frontline clinicians.
• Any refresher or ongoing training requirements.
• Copies of training materials, user guides, quick reference guides or onboarding packs (redacted if necessary).
• Whether training was provided by the supplier, Trust staff, or a blended model.

• Total number of clinical staff (FTE or headcount).

Training was delivered to SoJAS staff through classroom sessions. Updates and training for new joiners are delivered as required. Test Electronic Patient Record Forms (EPRFs) are also employed in other training sessions delivered.
A copy of the training session plan and associated materials are attached. Unrelated session information has been redacted as out of scope of the request.

SoJAS has 50 frontline EPRF users and 8 clinical workstation users.
Clinical workstation access is also available to Emergency Department staff at Jersey General Hospital, with 17 users currently.
16 tablets are used across the organisation, along with 6 clinical workstations.
