3. What is the model of each mammography system? 

4. Location of each mammography system? 

5. Function of each of the mammography systems? 

6. What was the initial cost of the equipment? 

7. What is the annual maintenance cost? 

8. What is the acquisition date for each mammography system? 

9. What is the planned replacement date for each mammography system? 

10. How does the Mammography department manage PGMI scoring? (e.g. scored by superintendent, shared responsibility on scoring)?

Initial procurement costs total £685,000.

The total annual costs of maintaining the systems is £65,579.

Acquisition dates are detailed in the table linked above. Currently, there is no planned or scheduled replacement date; lifecycle management is approximately 10 years.
