Provide the compliance data for the Bellozanne Sewage Treatment Works (STW), specifically regarding the discharge of treated sewage effluent into St Aubin’s Bay under permit DC/2000/07/01.
Now that the new STW has been fully operational for over two years (since December 2023), provide the following performance metrics for the period of 1 January 2025 to 1 March 2026:
1. Total Nitrogen (TN) and Ammonia: Please provide the monthly average and maximum recorded values for Total Nitrogen and Ammoniacal Nitrogen in the final effluent.
2. Compliance Returns: Please confirm if any "Exceedance Notifications" or "Breach Reports" were filed by the operator in relation to this permit during the specified period.
3. Storm Overflows: Please provide the total number of hours and the estimated volume of partially treated effluent discharged via the storm outfall during heavy rainfall events.
4. BOD and Suspended Solids: The monthly 95th percentile results for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Suspended Solids.
5. PFAS Monitoring: Any available data regarding the presence of PFOS/PFOA in the final effluent or processed sludge during the last 12 months.
