Taxi Driver Ages – Annual Update
Please provide an update to the FOI response dated 7 April 2025 showing:
A. How many PSV Taxi-Cab Licences are in issue and what's the age breakdown of the drivers?
B. What's the age breakdown of applicants waiting for a PSV Taxi-Cab Licence?
Ideally using the same very helpful schedule attached to the previous responses.

In order to protect the identity of individuals, disclosure control has been applied as the number of licences held or number on the waiting list for some ages ranges are five of less, therefore, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
Article 25 - Personal information
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
