Request 828619378

This request relates to employee sickness absence data included in the States of Jersey 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, which reports a total of 85,965 days lost in 2025, up from 75,317 days lost in 2024 (9.7 average sick days per employee compared to 8.8 the year before).

Is it possible to have this data broken down into short-term sick and long-term absences? And can the data also be further broken down into average sick days per employee on a departmental level? Thank you.
