Under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, I am requesting the following information:
A copy of the test directory or catalogue used by the Blood Sciences department at Jersey General Hospital, listing all blood tests available for GP ordering.
Of those tests, which are processed on island and which are sent to external laboratories.
For each test sent externally, the name and location of the receiving laboratory.
The name and location of the laboratory used to process PFAS blood level testing for Jersey patients of the current PFAS Intervention clinic.
