Provide information held relating to the following payments made to government employees/keyworkers in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and detail the number of individuals these payments were made to:
1. Relocation payment.
2. Travel costs for employees, partner and dependents.
3. General relocation expenses incl legal fees for sale of UK property.
4. Tax-free relocation grants

The department for Treasury and Exchequer (the Scheduled Public Authority) does not hold comprehensive data on employee or keyworker entitlement to relocation payments beyond those financial elements that have been processed directly through expense claims or salary payments.
Entitlement to relocation support, travel costs, and any related benefits will be set out within the individual employees’ contracts of employment and in line with the Relocation Policy for Public Servants.
The financial information available within the Scheduled Public Authority is limited to expense claims submitted by employees through MyView, which are subsequently reimbursed via payroll, along with payments made directly through salary processing.
The figures provided in the table below reflect these claims and payments and relate specifically to:
