The Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) have not spent any money to add air conditioning to Liberty Bus’ busses.

The information you have requested regarding the air conditioning on Liberty Bus’ busses is not held by the SPA, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

However, it may be held by Liberty Bus so you might wish to send your request in writing to:

It should be noted that Liberty Bus is not a SPA under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, therefore, they are not required to respond.
