The requested information is not held in recorded form capable of being readily extracted. To provide a response, it would be necessary to undertake significant extraction, collation and manipulation of underlying data to create a new dataset. A Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) is not required under the Law to create new information, nor to manipulate existing data into a format in which it is not already held to satisfy a request, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
