Please confirm how many properties held a current rented dwelling licence issued under the Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 2023 on 1st May 2026. B How many of the licences mentioned in A above, were issued to: i) Andium owned properties and ii) Properties owned by private landlords

There were 16,832 valid licences issued under the Public Health and Safety (Rented Dwellings) (Licensing) (Jersey) Regulations 2023 on 1st May 2026.

i) 5053 were owned by Andium

ii) Information relating to other properties owned by private landlords, is not held in recorded form that could be exported, and to respond to this request would require extraction and manipulation of data to produce new information. A Scheduled Public Authority is not required to manipulate and create new data sets; Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.
