Please would you provide copies of all 'information and guidance' issued by the Minister pursuant to Art.54(1) of the Education (Jersey) Law 1999 concerning the manner in which his or her duties under the Law are discharged and powers exercised - in relation to Arts.37-45 of the same law.

Please also include any such information and guidance issued by the Committee prior to its replacement by the ministerial role.

Please also provide copies of all Orders made by the Committee or the Minister under Art.45 of the Law.

Article 54 of Education (Jersey) Law 1999 is not a narrow requirement, it effectively mandates a comprehensive, publicly accessible education framework. This is, in practice, fulfilled through:
