Reported Ex-Gratia Payments to States Members

Former States Members Terry Le Main and Judy Martin have stated that Simon Crowcroft and Geoff Southern have received ex-gratia payments for over 20 years service, of £40,587.50 and £28,650 respectively on stepping down. I have not been able to verify this from any online sources, and believed that States members only received loss of office compensation if they fought and lost an election. Please can you check if the records show these payments were made.
