Please supply a list of the Planning Appeals submitted in 2026, giving their reference number, the date the Appeal Hearing was held (if one was held), the date the Inspector's Report was published, and the date the Minister's Decision was published.

If the Inspector's Report has been published, but the Minister's Decision is not yet available, please indicate that clearly.

The list of planning appeals submitted in 2026 are publicly available and can be found using the link below. Therefore, Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.

The Inspector's Report, and the date of the Minister's Decision are also exempt as the information is accessible through the on-line planning register on www.gov.je. The register can be accessed using the following link.

Searches relating to specified periods, eg month, can be carried out within the planning register and all applications are marked major or minor. The register also allows you to view approved and pending cases.

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.​
