GTFS Public Transit Feed

I'd like to request details for the link to the GTFS public transit feed which Jersey Govt/Liberty Bus use to send google maps schedule data.

If this feed is not public, I'd like to why the feed is only open to Google Maps and no one else, and what agreements are in place for the exclusivity/gatekeeping of this feed.

I'd also like to know what, if any plans there are to make the schedules data more publicly available for the benefit of 3rd party applications in the future and copies of any documentation or emails which have happened in relation to this.

The information requested regarding the GTFS public transit feed is not held by the Scheduled Public Authority, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
