Please provide information on the three most recently completed formal investigations, reviews, audits, supervisory actions, enforcement actions or compliance proceedings involving the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube TikTok, WeChat, and/or Telegram which the government undertook and for which records are available. We are looking for final reports, enforcement notices, decisions or recommendations on these matters, if available, or other significant documents relating to the investigations, excluding routine administrative communications such as internal emails or scheduling correspondence.

Article 3 - Meaning of “information held by a public authority”
For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –
(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or
(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
