I would like to know how many roadside mirrors have been installed by the government in the last 5 years for the safety of road users

Response

The Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) have not installed any roadside mirrors in new locations on the SPA’s roads in the last 5 years. However, the SPA have supplied and fitted 2 mirrors on Parish roads since May 2023. The SPA does not hold information regarding mirrors fitted on Parish roads prior to May 2023 following a change in systems, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies. However, it may be held by the parishes so you might wish to send your information request in writing to:

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.​
