New North Quay Shipping Containers

For as long as I can remember there have been several shipping containers parked on the western side of the New North Quay.

Please provide information held on who owns these containers, what is stored inside and what is the position going forward with these units?

The Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) does not own the referred shipping containers; therefore, the requested information is not held and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies. However, it may be held by Ports of Jersey so you might wish to send your request in writing to:
