As the sole shareholder, on behalf of the Public, can you please confirm if the body known as the 'States of Jersey Development Company' has applied to change its name?

In addition has permission been sought and/or granted for the company to adopt the

branding of "JDC".

3.

Are you aware that the branding of 'JDC' has been reserved by the 'Jersey Democracy Campaign' and is thus not available. Jersey Demolition Company has carried the logo 'JDC' for many years and is aware that it has not bought the logo.

The States of Jersey Development Company Limited has not applied to change its name.

No permission has been sought and/or granted for the company to adopt the branding of “JDC”. However, the company has the registered business name of “Jersey Development Company”.

This information is not held by the Scheduled Public Authority and therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
