"All Ministerial Decisions within the past five years in respect of PSV matters have been published on www.gov.je and can be accessed using the following link: Ministerial Decisions (gov.je)"

Please confirm that since 18 June 2024 all subsequent Ministerial Decisions in respect of PSV matters have been published - and if not provide copies.

All Ministerial Decisions (MD’s) have been published since 18 June 2024, apart from one, see document attached. However, it should be noted that the attached MD has since been superseded, which has been published, and can be found using the link below:
