Provide information held regarding the following https://www.gov.je/citizen/Planning/pages/planning.aspx as within it mentions that planning applications will be advertised in the Jersey Evening Post each Tuesday. For the last several weeks, this has not been the case, please advise why? Why can’t you publish the site address details with the emails?
Clarification request
The current format of your request poses a question, could you please clarify what information you are seeking that can be provided in recorded form
Clarification response
Request for Information Under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011, I am requesting clarification on the following point: Please explain why the site address details cannot be published alongside the emails referenced in your notices or correspondence. If there are specific legal, policy, or operational reasons for withholding site address information, please provide those reasons in full, including any relevant guidance, exemptions, or internal procedures relied upon.
Response
The Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) have ended the publication of applications as there is no statutory requirement to advertise in the Jersey Evening Post. The Government of Jersey website is due to be updated in due course to advise this.
The second part of your request poses a question rather than seeking information held in a recorded form, therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
