What are the statistics on emergency call outs (police) involving females aged 16 - 65 years old where drugs, alcohol, sexual assault, domestic violence, homelessness, or mental health were cited as primary cause for the callout, from 2019 to 2025?
Response
The States of Jersey Police is unable to provide a response to this request. The information requested cannot be extracted from our systems by automated means and would require a manual review of each individual incident record. Given the volume of records captured between 2019 and 2025, even a review time of approximately two minutes per log would result in the work greatly exceeding the 12.5-hour cost limit prescribed by Article 16 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
Accordingly, Article 16 has been applied and the States of Jersey Police decline a response.
Article Applied
Article 16 - A scheduled public authority may refuse to supply information if cost excessive
(1) A scheduled public authority that has been requested to supply information may refuse to supply the information if it estimates that the cost of doing so would exceed an amount determined in the manner prescribed by Regulations.
