Summary

​POS Enterprises (POSe), the operational arm of the Planning Officers Society, was appointed to take a forward look at how the planning service might develop over the next three years.
 
They also considered how plan making for the Island might develop and made an independent assessment of how the Island’s planning system effectively balances environmental protection, heritage and the social needs of the Island against the need to see sustained economic performance.
