Decision(s): The Minister approved the proposed route, programme, traffic management and final road reinstatements in connection with the construction of the new 90Kv circuit in St Helier. |
Reason(s) for Decision: The Minister accepted that the proposed route, programme, traffic management, road reinstatements and financial contribution of £100,000, in recognition of the cost impact of the Project to the Department, are acceptable in the light of the positive benefits of the infrastructure work to the Island as a whole. |
Resource Implications: TTS street works inspections both during works and later in relation to the monitoring of reinstatements. |
Action Required: Street Works Manager to inform the Jersey Electricity Company of the Minister’s decision. |
